Omar Hashim Epps is an American actor and musician. He formed a group Wolfpak with his brother in 1991. Omar attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York. He appeared on TV as Vanessa Huxtable’s first boyfriend on ‘The Cosby Show’ and in two HBO true stories entitled First Time Felon and Deadly Voyage. He also appeared for a season long role on the highly rated series ‘E.R’ as Dennis Gant, a surgical resident. He is having a daughter named K’mari Mae with his fiancée Keisha Spivey. His most recent role is as Dr Eric Foreman on the Fox hospital series ‘House MD’, who is a neurologist and having a desire to avoid becoming as Dr. House.
