Episode 1
In this episode of the season, we saw that House was in good health as he had recovered from his gunshot wounds. As everything was normal so House returned to work and handled two cases concurrently. The first case was of Richard, a patient paralyzed eight years ago after he had undergone surgery for brain cancer. Richard, who was now using a motorized wheelchair, had accidentally landed himself, headlong, into a swimming pool. The other case was of Caren, again a paralyzed lady. Her whole body below neck level had been paralyzed after a yoga session. A huge change, in his way of treating his patients, was noticed by everybody who saw House treating the two patients.
