In this episode of the season, we saw that it was the time of Christmas at Princeton-Plainsboro. Wilson was ready with his Christmas present for House. He and Detective Tritter had struck a deal, giving House three days to make up his mind about a deal with Tritter. However, House refused to make any deal with the detective. A patient troubled by dwarfism was brought in as he was diagnosed to have a collapsed lung and anemia and Cuddy took the case in her hands. As House’s Vicodin supply had been cut off, leaving him unable to handle the case, it led Cuddy to make a very difficult but important decision.
