In this episode of the season, we saw that House successfully shook off all the drug charges put up against him. After spending a little time in rehab, he returned back to his work in hospital, only to deal with the new challenge brought in by Cuddy. Later, we saw that a new patient named Eve arrived at the hospital and was tested positive for an STD. She then confessed that she had been raped, very recently. The lady insisted on being treated by House only and no body else. Geoffery Lewis made a guest appearance in the episode, portraying the character of a homeless man, very different from what he looked like.
