In this episode of the season, the new patient Stevie Lipa, a 16 year-old boy, was taken into Princeton-Plainsboro. He was stricken with internal bleeding and also had serious respiratory issues. The complexity of the case was enough to be get it assigned to House. But he, on the other side, was busy in carrying out the daring tasks assigned by Cuddy to him. As the team tried to make Stevie speak about his family history, they made the surprising discovery that the boy was from the family of gypsies. The family members refused to go with any modern medical treatments and were ready with their own homeopathic remedies. This resulted in Foreman putting his medical license on risk, as he asked Stevie to lie to his parents.
