In this episode of the season, a 19-year-old college student named Addie was admitted to hospital after she vomited blood, while practicing martial arts. While handling the case, Foreman made an unforeseen announcement; he was resigning from his position in Princeton-Plainsboro. Foreman didn’t reveal as to what led him to decide so, and it left everyone speculating over the issue. On the other hand, House decided to take a perilous step in the treatment of the girl, leaving everyone shocked. Something was cooking up, as it seems that House had already figured out as to who would replace Foreman in the hospital. In addition, House and Wilson seemed to be concerned about each other, though none reveled the anything about the same.
