This was the season finale episode and here we saw, a young woman was taken into the hospital. She, along with her husband, made an anxious attempt to see House so that the doctor could treat her for her undiagnosed illness. House took the case which continuously kept on getting worse. While at Hospital, the lady developed some new symptoms and continued talking miraculously, despite her heat having stopped. Chase tries to meet House head-on, resulting in his termination from the Hospital. Cameron also submitted her resignation. And, it was also the episode in which Foreman was seen for the last time in the Princeton-Plainsboro.
