In this episode of the season, a fire accident left an obese man, weighing 600-pound, in coma. The man was brought to Princeton-Plainsboro for treatment. After he woke up from the coma, he started demanding to be discharged and declined any tests that could help the doctors to learn if he was suffering from any other diseases due to his obesity. On the other hand, House was arrested by Detective Tritter who also searched his house and questioned his colleagues learn more about the Vicodin addiction of House.
