In this episode of the season, the patient introduced was named Jack, an 18 year old boy. He had suffered a severe heart attack and also experienced substantial vomiting. He had two siblings and as their parents had died earlier so Jack was everything for the younger ones. After reviewing the case, House thought that he had got the perfect diagnosis and made it a challenge, more like a game, for Cameron, Foreman and Chase, to find it out. The continuous efforts of detective Tritter, to obtain a confession, made it impossible for Wilson to practice medicine and led to creating of differences between the two friends.
